Refund policy

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to completely love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In their original condition

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items for exchange unless the item was received damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

If you no longer wish to keep your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for the package to be collected.

Once the order has been returned to us in its original condition, your refund will be processed. Please note that the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are typically reversed to your original payment method within 1–3 working days, depending on your payment provider.
